Bucks County Homeschoolers is excited to share with you a wonderful local business where your child can learn the skill of sewing while producing some of their own awesome creations.
Sew Much Fun Studios was created by Lisa Shull, of The Fabric Loft.
Lisa has been running a successful custom window treatment and design business for over 30 years. She has taken her sewing skills to the next level by opening a sewing studio to teach others and spread the love for sewing!
Sew Much Fun Studios is a fun and exciting place for kids and adults to learn the basic skills such as hand sewing, working on a sewing machine, working with patterns and much more. There are many creative projects to choose from on all skill levels and the studio has a huge selection of fabrics, felt, buttons, ribbon and other embellishments to personalize each project.
The studio is located at Wrightstown Health & Fitness on Durham Road in Wrightstown and offers morning, after school and Saturday classes. Each class is 1 ½ hours long and limited to 2 – 3 students. Classes are grouped into four sessions and students are guaranteed to make a fabulous project during each class. Both the parents and the kids are amazed at the great things we create and, after just one class, students can’t wait to come back! Adults are enjoying our classes too, as a refresher or as a new found hobby. We take special requests, such as learning to hem pants or make pillows.
Lisa would like to offer classes to homeschoolers and is excited to share her space with those in the community.
